Dark Council

Tier VII

Twelve seats. The highest authority in the Empire.

The Dark Council

The twelve seats of the Dark Council govern every aspect of the Empire — from military campaigns and intelligence to the training of new Sith and the cultivation of the dark side itself. They are the voice of the Emperor when the Emperor is silent.

Below the Council, each Lord commands forces, each Darth plots their ascent, and each apprentice sharpens their blade. The Empire moves as one — or it does not move at all.
